Terms and conditions

AGE POLICY:

• Children under 5 years old can’t participate in the activity.
• Anyone aged 15 or older will be considered an adult.
• Players younger than 15 must have at least one adult in their team.

ARRIVAL TIME:

• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to receive instructions. Late arrivals will shorten your play session.

• Party bookings have fixed time slots. Arriving late will reduce your playtime, and refunds, discounts, or reschedules will not be available.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

• Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time via your reservation link.
• To include additional players, it’s better to make a separate booking rather than alter the existing one.
• Date, time, or participant adjustments are possible up to 24 hours before the activity by phone or email, but cancellations are not accepted within that window.
• No changes can be made within the final 24 hours before your session.
• If fewer participants attend than booked, a gift card will be issued for the absent players—refunds are not provided.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• The company cannot be held responsible for any accidents or issues arising from failure to follow staff instructions or from improper use of the facilities.
• Exclusive access to activities is not guaranteed, a private booking is possible (contact us).
• The company takes no responsibility for inappropriate behavior by external staff.
• Some rooms may be unavailable due to maintenance work.
• No refunds will be issued if a participant decides to leave early for personal reasons.
